"But (we) have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem... and to God, the judge of all..."
Hebrews 12:22, 23
"The Mighty One, God, the Lord has spoken,
And summons the earth from the rising of the sun to its setting.
Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty,
God has shone forth.
May our God come and not keep silence;
Fire devours before Him,
And it is very tempestuous around Him.
He summons the heavens above,
And the earth to judge His people;
'Gather My godly ones to Me,
Those who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.'
And the heavens declare His righteousness,
For God Himself is judge."
Psalm 50: 1-6
The Order of Things, The Chain of Command:
God, the Father, the Judge of all:
"For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing, and greater works then these will He show Him, that you may marvel."
Second in command, the Son:
"Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something that He sees the Father doing, for what ever the Father does, these things the Son does in like manner."
"I did not speak on My own initiative, but the Father Himself who sent Me has given Me commandment what to say."
Third in line, the Holy Spirit:
"But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. He shall glorify Me; for He shall take of Mine, and shall disclose it to you."
John 16:13, 14
In last place, those Jesus has found faithful and put into service:
"You did not choose Me, but I chose you, and appointed you, that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain..."
"I (have given) you the keys of the kingdom..."
The Chain of Command: A Closer Look!
God, The Father:
"The Lord is exalted, for He dwells on high;
He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness."
"Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Thy throne..."
"...The judgments of the Lord are true; they are righteous altogether."
"...the Lord of hosts will be exalted in judgment,
And the Lord will show Himself holy in righteousness."
"For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son, in order that they may all honor the Son, even as they honor the Father..."
John 5:22, 23
"...and He gave Him authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man."
"I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me."
"The Lord will stretch forth Thy strong scepter from Zion, saying,
'Rule in the midst of Thine enemies.'"
Gaining understanding of how it works!
"I manifested Thy name to the men whom Thou gavest Me out of the world... and they have kept Thy word. Now they know that everything Thou hast given Me is from Thee; for the words which Thou gavest Me I have given to them; and they received them, and truly understood that I came forth from Thee... And I am no more in the world; and yet they themselves are in the world , and I come to Thee, Holy Father, keep them in Thy name, the name which Thou hast given Me, that they may be One, even as We."
John 17:6-8, 11
The Holy Spirit:
"...whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. He shall glorify Me; for He shall take of Mine, and shall disclose it to you."
John 16:13, 14
"And He... will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness, and judgment; concerning sin, because they do not believe in Me; and concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father, and you no longer behold Me; and concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged."
"Now judgment is upon this world; now the ruler of this world has been cast out."
Last: Those who have volunteered freely in the day of His power (or army):
"...following the way of Thy judgments..."
"...and taking... the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God... with all prayer and petition, praying at all times in the Spirit..."

Handbook 3: Article 52
And He has given us this word of encouragement:
"In that day the Lord of hosts will become a beautiful crown
And a glorious diadem to the remnant of His people.
A spirit of justice for him who sits in judgment.
A strength to those who repel the onslaught (Lit. battle) at the gate."
Isaiah 28:5, 6
